🎉Cairellot celebrates 25 years today! 🎉 25 years where we have been priviledged to share in the joy of your child's play, laughter and learning. Thank you! This amazing milestone would never have been achieved if it wasnt for one special lady & her passion, drive & long-standing dedication to ensuring every child has access to play, learn & be nurtured as amazing little individuals. Rosemary Elliot (or Rosie!) with her friend Ann (Cairns and Elliot forming the name!) started Cairellot in 1993. Now with son Martin, she has led Cairellot to be award winning in its practices & she herself is an award winning employer (nominated by us all!). She shuns the spotlight for herself, preferring to shout to everyone that her staff are her greatest resource. She not only works full time but is a community fundraiser, a childcare advocate, spokesperson for the sector, chairs forums, works with the council & government on childcare issues & so much more! She takes pride in Cairellot growing with the community of Bishopton but above all is at her happiest when she is surrounded by the nursery children, hearing their laughter & watching them learn. 👭 Rosie from your Cairellot family we know you will hate this post 😄 (and the photos!) but we all wish you a very very Happy 25th birthday!

The Red Group were super eco warriors this week! They worked as a group to sort and match all the lost property. They put it into separate bags and sent it on it's way to the charity shop where it can be used again! Well Done Red Group!

Have you heard about our Rainbow Blue Group Bread Sale! Check out their photo album! Not only did they amaze us all with their learning but they chose to donate the £120 raised to the Raise for Rebecca charity. We are so proud that we will double their donation. Well done team! We have a nursery full of Effective Contributors, Confident Individuals, Successful Learners and definately Responsible Citizens! 💙

Our Raindrops had lots of water fun today! The paddling pool was filled with magic water balls and big colourful balls and they had to explore and search through the different sensations in the pool to find the hidden animals! They were too busy for photos but here are a few! It was great fun! Well done Raindrops!

A forest kindergarten can be described as a 'nursery without walls'. In the outdoors we can explore, play, learn and be creative in a natural outdoor environment using the wonders that our world offers us. We develop our literacy and numeracy skills, social and communication skills, develop our independence skills and cover the breadth of early level curriculum while having so much fun! As our groups enjoy the outdoor experience we will share some photos with you through this album.
