Description
Adults, Families and Children's Martial Arts and Fitness Classes in Basingstoke Full time, professional Martial Arts and fitness school in Basingstoke.
The Martial Arts Classes that we teach include Kung Fu, Karate, Judo, Ju Jitsu, Tai Chi and Mixed Martial Arts. We have special children's only classes, split by age (4-6, 6-9 and 10-14 years old) plus dedicated adults only classes. For families we run three family classes, so that you can all train together.
Regardless of whether you want to learn Martial Arts for self protection / self defence, for fitness, for competition, for weight loss or simply for fun, we have a class suitable for you to train in.
For those people looking to get fit, we run Les Mills' Body Combat classes along with Zumba based fitness classes.
Our facilities are open during the day for morning classes. Afternoon classes start at 4:00pm and continue through the evening classes.
As a Martial Arts Club we are registered with Karate England, British Judo Association, Martial Arts Standards Agency, British Chinese Council for Martial Arts, World Union of Karate Federations and are accredited by Sport England' with their 'Clubmark' quality Accreditation.

JUDO KODOKAN 講道館: NAGE-NO-KATA 投の形 (Full Film)
We've been playing with Nage no Kata in Judo recently. It is a requirement to grade from 2nd to 1st Kyu and then for Dan grades that you are able to perform the appropriate Judo Kata. For 2nd to 1st Kyu you have to be able to demonstrate any one set of the Nage-no-kata or any one set of the Katame-no-kata.
