*RLSS UK Integrated National Pool Lifeguard Qualification & First Aid at Work Course* NPLQ is the most awarded Lifeguard Qualification in the UK and Ireland, and is also Internationally recognised. The NPLQ & Emergency First Aid at work is a minimum of 40 hours followed by practical assessment on the pool, Lifeguard Theory, Pool Rescue, First Aid, CPR & AED. The Course will run the First Week of Easter Half Term at Barry Leisure Centre.
