Offering a warm welcome, great tasting local foods and a fantastic location within the National Park gateway town of Balloch, Loch Lomond, The Woodbank Inn is the perfect stop on your journey through the heart of Scotland.
We offer a selection of meals throughout the day from extensive breakfasts with morning coffee, freshly baked cakes and Scones, filling lunches and delicious dinners. Food is served throughout the day with each meal carefully crafted by our talented chefs.
Our menu includes a range of traditional Scottish and British cuisine produced with specially selected local produce. We choose only the highest quality ingredients from sustainable sources ensuring that every meal is deliciously cooked to perfection.

facebook.comThe Wood Bank Inn Balloch. Current closure 29/12/2017 Dear Customers, Recently we have been successful in gaining planning permission to increase the number of rooms from 6 to 22. Going forward this will ensure the viability of the business and long term employment opportunities. To enable this we need to demolish the current Kitchen block then build a new 3 storey extension. We expect to commence build work in the New Year once all formal council permits and warrants are in place and re-open thereafter. Unfortunately in the short term the business has to fully close to enable the work to be completed. We would like thank all our loyal customers for their business since the Woodbank Inn opened in 2016 and in particular we would like to thank all our staff for their understanding and loyalty. We look forward to the business re-opening in the future. The Woodbank Inn will be closed with immediate effect until further notice. We will be open on New Years Day but this is for pre-booked tables plus a private party only.
