We pride ourselves on our comprehensive, round-the-clock domiciliary nursing and care service which are raising standards in every county we operate in.
What do we mean by complex care? We provide specialist care to clients with significant (sometimes acute) nursing and therapy needs, requiring a thorough and expert understanding of the clients’ requirements and physical challenges. Our client group also includes children who need daily nursing support at home.
We are not a nursing agency. The complexity of the care required by our clients demands a integrated, fully comprehensive care management service. We take great pride in being able to offer the finest care, tailored to the requirements of each client as an individual. Behind our team stand physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, dietician, physicians and consultants, whose support we coordinate. Many variables are considered before we find our clients’ bespoke nursing care and therapy team.
We give equal attention to the individual’s social and emotional needs, and we deal with day to day details which make life go around, from paying bills to cooking to organizing get togethers (and homework for the kids too!). We aim to choose our staff not just for their skills but also their temperament and approach. Whether it is a case of rehabilitation or maintaining the quality of life, our aim is always to enable our clients to maximize their independence in the place they would most like to be: home.
