Adult Body Conditioning classes and 'BarreFit' (ballet based workout) classes held across East Hampshire and Surrey. Emma has been dancing since the age of 2, taking part in classes and bi-annual shows in an array of dance styles, including Ballet, Tap, Modern and Jazz. Born and raised in Hampshire, Emma is keen to move back to her roots having studied for 3 years at the Royal Academy of Dance, London, by setting up a dance and fitness academy based in Alton, Hampshire.

2016 - New year, New you! Let's get well and truly on it this year, starting as we mean to go on! Please see below details of all term dates until Autumn for Adult Body Conditioning at The Bell House... Part 1 of The Spring term will commence on Tuesday 12th January and the last class of this term will be Tuesday 22nd March. There will then be a nice 2 week break for Easter. Part 2 of the Spring term will then commence on Tuesday 12th April and the last class of this term shall be Tuesday 14th June. There will then be a 1 week break before the Summer term begins on Tuesday 28th June, with the last class of this term being Tuesday 30th August. This therefore results in one 11 week term and two 10 week terms. The costing for these is as follows: Part 1 Spring term: £77 Part 2 Spring term: £70 Summer term: £70 Please also be aware that I am now teaching 'Ballet Fit' classes - a mixture of pilates based exercises and body conditioning exercises fused with a formal ballet barre and some dancing - at Results gym in Alton (opposite M&S) every Wednesday 8-9pm, starting Wednesday 6th Jan.
