A wonderful expample how our employees go beyond the line: "The welcome was warm, personable and caring; the room large and clean; breakfast was excellent - the location an easy walk from the station an set among the old town with restaurants all around - plus easy to walk to other locations. An all round great place! In addition - a guest lounge to chill in is a real bonus! Only negative - no air con. Did have a fan provided and that worked well...plus you can open the window - although weekend street noise in the wee small hours may disturb!" Well done Lea!!
What a wonderful messeage from a lovely Guest who just checked out today. Nobody is perfect so our housekeeping department missed a small thing and look here.
Abdirahaman, our well experienced Portier who is working with us already over 2 years does know every square meter of the Hotel. He is one of our Portiers who is helping every day our Housekeeping Department and supports our Front Office Team.
A gorgeous feedback again: "In a lovely square and handy to all tourist activities as river is just a stones throw away and plenty of lively cafes to choose from. Wander thru lots of lovely alleyways and explore in a friendly safe environment. Staff at the hotel were so nice & friendly and went the extra mile to make sure you enjoyed your stay.
