Kalahaclub is an arts/entertainment oriented organisation created by Swedish established independent producers in colobration with “Ayo Olopon” is an ancient traditional game that is deeply rooted in Africa culture. The game is played all across the globe wth different brand name. Although ‘Ayo’ has been played at different levels round the globe, it is necessary to take the game to the level being proposed. The PROJECT under reference is to have all interested individuals as participants. We are aware of how other games are being promoted and projected into limelight, for example Chess, Scrabble, Monopoly, etc. It is therefore a challenge to do the same to Ayo Olopon which have a very huge history of Africa, meaning that Ayo Olopon values is more than just a game, but a cultural history
Ayo Olopon has been founded to educate the society on Africa Culture and in Diasporal.
Ayo Olopon will not only serve as a medium for bringing all art,music,cultural group together from all its diasporas as one voice, but will also focus on promoting and enhancing businesses such as in tourism, arts and crafts, restaurants and hospitality in the society.
An exhibition of Yoruba cultural values, tradition and Arts (poetry, music, dance, drama, folktales, games) shall also include presentation of lectures, seminars and a forum for the history.
