Genetics do play a role. But dont ever get focused on that. You can always look the best you can and trust me if you give your best you will look impressive despite shitty genetics. I've always struggled with amouts of food needed to be ingested to grow and been fighting the zero appetite fight since Ive started bodybuilding. It is a struggle each day and its funny that people think eating a lot of food frequently is fun... well women think that haha 😁 but its not easy at all.. just like some people need to keep their diet clean and very caloricly restricted which is about the issue as forcing food down your throat. I recently started my blast and Im down 2kg, 99kg atm. I dont know how or why, my strength is down also going from cruise to blast which is very disturbing and Im pretty much pissed at the fact im trying to progress and everytime same shit happens. Fullness is better tho and Im a bit harder than 2 weeks ago. I hope my body starts responsding in a positive way because...
