Established in 1974, the ICPE is an intergovernmental organization set up on the UN initiative with member states from Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe ICPE is an international governmental organization with the aim of promotion and development of entrepreneurship, training of public officials, efficient and socially responsible management of public enterprises and development of public-private partnerships.
