Good morning to all of you; peeps, star gazers, time travelers, and all other weirdos! It's the last Friday Date Night at Coqui Fire Cafe before Christmas! And even so the internet was brutally non-cooperative and we couldn't post the menu yet, it will be all festive and yummy! There will be a Glorious Steak, Fabulous Porkloin, Festive Turkey Brest and a Humble Fish...plus all sorts of veggies and sauces and other yummy things... See you tonight, 5pm to 8pm! If you want to let us know that you have a group of 4 or more people, 787 741 0401 mostly works, or leave a message here, or stop by or something, so we can get organize things better and people don't have to wait that long. We still welcome walkins, since the communication channels are very unreliable!

Once again thank you to one and all that helped make our second date night a huge success. We apologize to those who were unable to get in. Jimmy and Victor are working on something special for next week since it will be the Friday before Christmas. So stay tuned for updates.

Wow our first credit cards today....fingers crossed for tomorrow night...

It's all about those little things... After all that crazy stuff going on the last four months, we are officially caught up with the online orders. We are back on track, running the hot sauce business on (almost) full speed! Big shout out to all who ordered and waited patiently, trusting us, knowing we will do our best do fulfill the orders. Without internet and computer (R.I.P. old laptop), sitting on the Plaza using emergency WiFi to see the orders on my phone, writing it all on a piece of paper. Then checking the Post Office so we could send it all out the days they had their system functioning...but we did it. From the hot sauce storage reorganized by Maria, to shipping the last batch without the delays...what a journey!

Tomorrow is Friday, and that means one thing, and one thing only...Coqui Fire Date Night! Come and get your weekly fix on whatever your Post Maria diet cravings are...we even got ribs this time around! And don't forget, we are still doing our lunch menu Wed to Sat. No reservations necessary...see you Friday, 5pm to 8pm!

Well it's time to start another week. Wednesday thru Saturday lunch starting at 11am till 3pm We also have a new menu for our Friday night dinner 5-8pm. We should have that posted some time tomorrow. Look forward to seeing everyone. Have a great week.
