Rocha Branca (The White Rock ) Villa will be ready for rentals for friends from May 2015. Rocha Branca Villa has two bedrooms, one double and one twin which can be converted into super king bed ( all mattresses are super comfy and high quality). There is a spacious living room with two comfy sofas, and one of them is a sofa bed. The kitchen has all the cooking facilities (like induction hob and oven, fridge, coffee maker and toaster) and gorgeous oak dinning table. There is a small bathroom with walk in shower.
The palce is suitable for 4 to 6 persons.
The other amenities include washing machine, dining and relaxing garden set, bbq and 2 bikes.
One of the biggest benefits of the property is 20 acres of land around it with its orange orchards, avocado trees and many other native to Portugal fruit trees. And The Hill that you can climb within minutes to admire the breathtaking horizons.
Lack of close proximity neighbours make your stay private and undisturbed.
The Villa is situated only 1.5 mile from Silves, a beautiful and historical town with population just over 10,000 people. There is a supermarket just outside the town on the way to Rocha Branca so its convenient for your food and drink suppliers.
It's located in close and central position to many interesting destinations like awesome sandy beaches, famous Monchique with its spectacular views across the Algarve, picturesque towns like Lagos or Aljezur, or windy west cost with it's surfing paradise.
Within an hour you can get to Sagres, the most southern tip of Portugal or to the beach Praia de Odeceixe, one of the 7 best beaches of Portugal. You can discover more destinations towards east or end up in Seville in just 3 hours.
Whichever direction you will go...you will not be disappointed.

Hello Everyone! How are you? Are you looking forward to the summer again? We do too. At the moment we are only booking July and August as we might be starting the building very soon.
