At Algarve Home Sales our property managers handle the financial administration of your property, ensuring that annual taxes, insurance premiums, payroll, and maintenance bills are paid on time and that rent is collected if you’re letting your property.
We also solicit bids from several trusted local contractors and negotiate prices for security, garden and pool maintenance, cleaning services, and a range of other products and services. We monitor these companies performance and resolve any disputes on your behalf.
Our property managers visit and inspect our properties as frequently as the homeowner requires. We will then report any problems or issues to the maintenance team who follow up and resolve the situation speedily.
Our Rental Services package allows you to take advantage of the holiday rental market and generate some extra income from your property when you’re not there.
Our continual investment in promotional and marketing activities generate a substantial number of holiday rental enquiries every year. Many of our vacationing clients are repeat customers – a testimony to the excellent service they have received on previous trips to the Algarve.
