We embrace the fascinating possibilities the online world has to offer but should it replace face-to-face interaction? Let us all put our phones down for a moment and CONNECT with each other, with ourselves and with the World right in front of us.

Offline Portugal aspires to make us all rethink the way we socialize and create friendships, aiming to bring us closer together and make room for distraction-free interactions.

The first Offline project is the Offline House, a guesthouse in Arrifana where guests are invited to put their online gadgets aside when checking-in.

Offline House provides TIME WITHOUT INTERNET in a house with all the comfort you need, different accommodation options and activities.

We want you to have a place where you can relax, meet the other guests, enjoy our surfing and yoga whenever you feel like it and mainly not worry about your online existence.

What you will find in the Offline House:

* Fantastic swimming pool just outside your room
* Boards / wetsuits that you can rent if you wish to go surfing on your own
* Musical instruments that you can use anytime you want
* Board games to play with other guests
* Books that you can borrow or swap
* A space where you can be creative and organize whatever activity you feel like doing such as a jam session

As challenging as being offline may be, our activities will make it easier: SURF, YOGA, MUSIC, DANCE and more!

A POSSIBLE day at Offline House:

---- You are into surf & yoga and booked in advance or on the spot:

** You wake up to the sound of birds singing and join our surf instructor to a nice warm-up by the pool to get your blood flowing.

** Once you are awake, you have a delicious breakfast and get ready for your fun surf lesson of the day.

** We then take you to the beach where our surf boards are waiting for you to explore the Algarve waves at your own pace.

** After having loads of fun with our instructor and your board, we head back to the house where you can get ready for lunch.

** We then take you to a local restaurant where we can SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES while you become familiar with the Portuguese goodies.

** After lunch we think you deserve some time off from our team and you take your time to do whatever you feel like doing.

** For sunset you’ll get a fantastic yoga session to make sure you reach the end of your day super relaxed.

** When you start feeling like you could have some more Portuguese treats, you can decide to explore a restaurant nearby on your own or with other guests, have your own food in the house, join us for our dinner trip to another local restaurant OR, in settled dates, be part of our barbecue dinner at the Offline House with a live band or DJ warming up the atmosphere.
