Before I officially become a year older I'd like to enjoy the memory of today's game. It's not because of the margin of our victory but because this has been a victory that eluded me for the past 7 years. Every time we had a game a day before or on the day of my birth, our team always lost. It was always a downer for every time it happened. Usually it became a sign that tough times were coming and true enough I was besieged by troubles left and right, big or small during the succeeding months. I hope this victory is a sign that better things are to come, not just for me but for everyone who made this win possible. I'm thankful that as I become a year older in a few minutes I have this day to remember by and remind me that eventually, things will turn out for the better; one just have to be patient for the right time to claim victory. #basketballislife #basketballislove #basketballstories #twentyseven
