Myles O’Brien a renowned chef and passionate food lover has built a reputation on being uncompromising on quality and advocating the use of local produce. As a member of Euro Toques and winner of countless awards for food and service, Myles uses local suppliers with seafood purchased directly from Clew Bay fishermen.
"Upstairs at the Tavern" offer diners contemporary European dishes of exquisite seafood and succulent meat dishes simply prepared with elegant flavour. Downstairs the renowned "The Tavern Bar" serves up outstanding gastro pub dishes. Specials change day to day to reflect the seasonality of produce so there’s always something ‘new’ on the menu.
