We are here to help with your health concerns using amazing DoTerra essential oils and supplements, the oils work to support the functions of the body. I have been using doterra essential oils for over 3 years now. when I was introduced to the oils I loved the smells of them but didn't expect my health to improve by using them.
My family use the oils and supplements everyday, The kids automatically go to the oils if they need help with something. For over 3 years now, nobody has been on an antibiotic or needed medication. I put this down to using onguard in the diffuser and using oregano and melaluca for when we come into contact with bacterial or viral infections.
We do simple things like use wild orange in the diffuser daily to perk us up in the mornings, we use rosemary at homework time, and I even put drops of rosemary oil into the school books to help with memory we use serenity lavender and peace for calming and as a sleep aid. . Peppermint is another oil that we don't leave without, I have a peppermint oil in the car for long journeys to help keep me alert.

I run classes and work shops in various locations to educate others on how they can use the oils in their homes. Mentoring and helping others has become a huge passion for me over the years!
