Delicious homemade gluten free and wheat free baking. Hello to all my foodies out there my name is Nicola and I am passionate about gluten and wheat free baking. We have all been their eating a gluten free cake and feeling like our mouths are like the Sahara desert (not pleasant) I created my little business to prove that not all gluten and wheat free goodies are different to the goodies that have gluten. Also did I mention that I am Irish as well! All my delicious bakes are made with the best of Irish products where possible (I’m sorry to say unless we live in the tropics some of my ingredients are not Irish) .Now to those that think I am all talk no action I am completely HSE registered.
