Today our entire school did a 5.5km walk to put a close to Mental Health Week!🏃🏻 We would like to thank Elma Walsh, mother of Donal Walsh, for coming to speak to all of us. Donal was a courageous 16-year-old who fought a hard battle with cancer. His words on Mental Health were inspirational and touched many people all over the country💕 We hope everyone enjoyed Mental Health Week😊🎉 #livelife #positivementalhealth

The Butterfly Bank have been very busy this past week! We visited Kerry Group and spoke to Frank Hayes on the consequences of Brexit on their company🐄💰 We got to sit in on a Kerry County Council meeting and learned how local issues are going to be solved🤝🤗 We also met Michael Healy Rae who supports the Butterfly Bank!!🦋❤

Last week we attended the I Wish conference in Cork City Hall where we learned so much about STEM😃📚 We listened to different women who work in STEM and have become very successful👩🏻‍🔧💪🏻 We made sure to visit the AIB Lab while we were there, and learned how AIB uses digital media👩🏼‍💻😊 We are back in action this Wednesday, lunch time, and this weeks theme is ❤VALENTINES❤
