Boot Camp Training is a unique type of training which is based on basic military style training. Boot Camp training consists of:

What Do I Need To Bring On The Night?
All you need to bring with you each night is comfortable clothes and shoes to exercise in and a bottle of water. All other equipment will be supplied.


What Does A Typical Class Consist Of?
Each class begins with a 10 minute warm up and ends with a 5 minute cool down. The 45 minutes in-between varies from class to class to keep it interesting.
