Sorry for having no updates on yesterday's national single lifts long busy day a disappointingly ran competition but the one thing what didn't disappoint was my team. Let's start with the Viking queen Paulina Coleman winning gold in the squat bench and deadlift setting 3 national records and was controversially robbed of her 185kg deadlift Edyta Piechowicz also won gold in the squat bench and deadlift setting 2 national records Sinead Mc Cafferty won gold in the deadlift setting a national record Maria Mac Shane battling with injury took 2nd place in the deadlift Caroline Dolan won gold in the deadlift in her first competition Karl Catterson took 2nd being controversially robbed of first place and head coach in his spare time yesterday took 2nd in the raw bench press and gold in the equipped bench press. #proudasfuck

The Finn Valley Vikings have arrived in Dublin for the national single lifts good luck to all involved classes will be back to normal on Monday. #thevikingsaregoingtofuckshitup

Delighted to be nominated for the Best Mixed Weights Class at the upcoming Irish Fitness Industry Awards, always knew that I was running one of the best fitness classes in the country great to see that it's being recognised by the committee in Dublin. #dontjustbefitbevikingfit
