One Day Teen Fitness Workshop next Wednesday 16th August 2017 from 11am to 4pm at Burrow Holiday Park in Rosslare Strand for all teens aged 12 to 18 years - over the course of the day we will cover a number of various different types of fitness training, learning correct techniques & also we will do a bit about healthy nutrition also to fuel your body to be a lean mean fit machine. I already have a number of names signed up so if you would like to get your name down (or your son/daughters/niece/nephews name down) for this one day workshop send me a quick PM to book - cost is €30.00 for the day & please bring plenty to drink, a towel and a packed lunch.
