Looking at the air dried Red Cayenne. They looked great hanging from the rack hanging from our 4m high ceiling. Now they are down we are due a really really hot dish.

I have a minimum maximum thermometer in the polytunnels, over the last 24 hours the range has been 40.8c. Yesterday afternoon in the sun it reached 37.4 before I found it and open the ventalation, Then plummeted to -3.4 overnight. If you are currently growing in a tunnel or glasshouse make sure that you put the fleece over the plants at night and remove it on the sunny days.

Well Done to N17 brewery who won a Gold Medal for there Chili Porter at the Alltech Beer and Food Fair! I have been nursing a set of Aji Limon plants till this week so that there would be fresh chillis for this beer.
