It's October 💜 I love the feeling of cosiness that comes with this month. The colours, extra layers, fires. Timely reminder, doesn't matter how bad it gets there is always a chance for new beginnings and finding a way to survive, even in the harshest conditions. When you want to give up the most is the perfect time to stop, breathe and remember what it took to get this far. Don't give in, don't give up 💜 I found these growing at the foot of one of the trees out the back today 😁

I will be starting a weekly healing/meditation circle once the children are all settled back into school. There is a max of 6 per session which will be 2 hours long. The idea of this is to gain understanding on how circumstances have an impact on our well being. How our energy works for and against us. Card for Butterfly is Base Chakra. Choose only positive thoughts to describe your home, career and finances. Your words determine your outcome. Certain aspects of your life may be up in the air at the moment. A little uncertainty as to what is next for you. Again, like the other cards posted today, it's all about the positivity. Butterflies bring with them transformation and new beginnings. There is much to do. Are you ready? I also feel like I want to tell you to not overstretch yourself. Card for flower is Cancel, Clear, Delete. Use only positive words and thoughts as they are rapidly manifesting into form. Ask the angels to cancel the effects of past negative thinking. I am feeling that, although, you have set yourself on a new course in life, there can still be times when self doubt can seep in and take over. You feel a little underfoot and people take advantage. Please don't allow these things to hold you back. It happens. Allow it in to pass through and get back up as it does. You got this 💜 (photo taken in my front garden)

The card chosen for tree is Visualise Success. See yourself doing well in this situation, have faith in a positive outcome. I am feeling the need for grounding. Spend some time in nature. Chat to the birds, feel the grass beneath your bare feet. Look to the sky, what do you see? Whatever it is you are thinking of, only see the best outcome for you. Sometimes I wonder where I go to. I set intentions everyday and I wander off for the best part of it. Sometimes I stay here and others, not do much. The term, living on another planet suits me well. I came across this lovely little book that I bought years ago. When I loved myself enough by Kim McMillen. Each quote shows how far we can come with our own self love. It is so important to put ourselves first. Some see it as selfish. I see it as being self aware. How can we help others if we are not helping ourselves first 💜
