Week 6 of the Photography Challenge and the topic is CANDY. To help in this particular topic (no jokes please) I bought a box of Lindor by Lindt and here they are in the shot (well actually the rest of them are out of shot - FAR out of shot). 70mm f10 1/60 ISO: 200 (many Lindors died in the making of this shot)

Day 54 in the Big Brother house.... OK, Week 5 of the Photography Challenge and catching up with my friend Mark Furniss while Sonja Kroll is lost in memories of New Zealand 😆. For Week 5 the topic is Black & White Landscape and here is a shot of the Lock Gates on the Grand Canal in Rathangan under a moody sky.

Week 4 of the Photography Challenge and yes I know we're well into February but.............. The topic for this week is 'Head Shot' and it never said anything specific about human Head Shots so here's my dog. I was trying to get the effect of the light through the blinds on him which didn't work plus he wouldn't play ball until he could see outside. What is it they say about working with kids and pets? I think it's something like, 'DON'T!!!!!'

'Self Portrait' - Week 1 of 52 of a Photography Challenge and after several lighting setups that I wasn't totally happy with, it was back to basics and remembering something HH told us photography students about lighting that struck home and turned on a simple bulb in my head and another one on my landing.
