The floods have brought chaos as everyone knows. Tomorrow's open day is now exclusively for those who have been impacted by the floods. A treatment won't repair the damage to your home or business, but will give you the time out to gather yourself. I can take groups of up to 3 at a time. This is completely free and you can relax afterwards with a cup of tea, there's no rush to leave, please pass on to anyone you know who has a lot to deal with after the week.

Mountmellick Enterprise Town Expo is only a week away. I will be there to take bookings, give free 10 minute taster treatments and answer any questions you have about me and my practice. I will also have vouchers on the day. Any bookings made on the day will be secured at an expo price of €40, and when you check in on my Facebook page on November 25th between 1am-2pm, you will automatically be in with a chance of winning a free reflexology treatment. The event is at the Catholic Institute from 11am - 2pm, next Saturday, November 25th.

My charity appointments to raise funds for the Cuisle Centre were a great success. Thank you everyone for your support, €330 was the total amount raised!

Reflexology is a soothing foot treatment which works to restore balance in the body through gentle massage and stimulation of specific reflexes in the foot.
