I'm a small business I have been forced to do this due to on the day cancellations and no shows for appointments. 📢📢📢All new and regular client May be asked to prepay 30 € non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment . 👉👉👉👉👉👉Full deposits can be payed in a salon,PayPal or bank transfer till 48 hours before appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY : ➡️We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice. ➡️Failure to provide sufficient notice may mean that we need to charge non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment. ✔We do understand that emergency's do come up and will transfer your credit to your next appointment .If we're notified within 24 hours of your appointment !!!
