Having a lovely sit down meal as part of our #FEELGOODFRIDAY To start our meal we all thought of something we are grateful for in our lives​. Have to say I am proud and grateful for these amazing young people! You are all class!
Are you joining us this evening for our FEEL GOOD FRIDAY? This time of year can be filled with all sorts of stresses. May it be your exam results, the idea of having to go back to school soon, or maybe you are changing school or even moving away for college. It's important to take time out and reflect but also find ways to give your worrying mind a bit of a break and boost your confidence. We believe every young person has something to offer and we are committed in helping you reach your potential. Tonight we will be doing lots of fun challenges, games and enjoy a few treats too. There is also a youth worker on hand if you need someone to talk to.
