Banyan Yoga Meditation Mindfulness Energy Therapy
Upcoming classes Mindfulness Training 1st 2nd 3rd Classes Beginning Tuesday March 14 3:30 PM - 4:10 PM Mindfulness Training 4th 5th 6th Classes Beginning Wednesday March 15th 3:30 PM - 4:10 PM 5 week course for Primary School Children. €20 for the course. Places are limited so booking is essential. Together, in a Fun environment, we will explore all of the possibilities that living in the present moment through the practice of Mindfulness & loving Kindness brings. Children will learn coping skills to deal with all of life’s trials & tribulations for this age & to show how it's ok to "sweat the good stuff".
