Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Kilkenny, fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I am a registered and fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), the largest national body of registered practitioners in Ireland. I hold a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as being certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I work with clients who have experienced a wide range of issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Stress, Addictions, Loss and Grief. I work from the Loughboy GP practice in Kilkenny and from my private home clinic 10 outside of Kilkenny. Both areas are unrestricted parking. I provide access to appointments that where possible suit those who have a preference for evening, weekend or day time appointments.
