Pupils learning French and Spanish with us have been enjoying some FUN ways to practise all the face and body words we've introduced to them. Even Minou et Trottine (our favourite hand puppets) couldn't escape being labelled! If you'd like your children to learn French or Spanish with Greystones Languages for Children, NOW is a good time to contact us to add your name to our class lists for September as places are already being reserved!

Here's a great new app (also available for Spanish practise), aimed at primary level so covers a lot of the topics we do in our classes. My kids are loving it, especially the 'whack it' game! Enjoy!

We are currently in our spring term with classes running until end May. We don't normally have children joining classes during our 3rd and final term of the academic year, however we welcome parents who like to view a class prior to starting their children in September. Super artwork in our French and Spanish classes this week! We hope you all have a great time over Easter and don't eat too much chocolate!! Joyeuses Pâques and Feliz Pascua! It's April's Fools Day tomorrow and in France the children love this day when they try and stick a 'poisson' on their friends' backs (without them knowing) and catch them out, declaring 'poisson d'avril'! Our French classes have been preparing their own 'poissons d'avril' so watch out! Our French classes were unusually quiet last week! Pupils were preparing their Mother's Day cards for La Fête des Mères. They were surprised to learn that Mother's Day is at the end of May in France and that it can be a different date in all countries.
