Thanks to the beautiful pure souls who came to the retreat today. We practiced Meditation, Yoga and Chanting together. Letting go of "stuff" we no longer need and connecting deeper to who we really are. And I met this Lotus flower on my lunch break. Represents the whole day ❤️
