Designing and implementing strategic work plans for the areas and ensuring the continuing evolution of the programme across various themes. Working on the development of a Rural Development Programme for the Erris/Achill area and the development a cultural and linguistic programme. Overall responsibility for the administrative and financial running of the local office including the preparation of financial reports for the CEO, Board and Department. The post will involve some night and weekend work, for which time in lieu will be given. Key Requirements; 3rd Level Qualification in Irish Culture or related field. Mayo North East is looking for suitably qualified person(s)/companies who have experience of delivering training for small business. An example of the courses we wish to deliver include: Start Your Own Business Course Marketing Social Media Marketing Product branding/packaging/promotion Taxation, VAT and Annual Returns Sales and Negotiation Skills Public Procurement/Tender Application Programmes to encourage youth self-employment Start Your Own Social Enterprise Suggestions for other suitable courses, their content and details are welcome. Guidelines The proposal submitted should include the following information:- A profile of your company and a CV of tutors involved in the training. Course title and detailed content. Evidence of your experience of delivering the selected training programme. Course costs and duration. Provide details of possible accreditation, only where applicable. All trainers who conduct training for Mayo North East LEADER Partnership Company must submit a current Tax Clearance Certificate before providing training. Preparation time, delivery and travel should be included in the overall cost. Preparation of course notes, cost of photocopying, supply of presentation and training aids are the responsibility of the trainer. Healthcare Support Training Mayo North East LEADER Partnership Company is organising a free Healthcare Support Training Course in Swinford for unemployed people or people in part-time employment who are interested in pursuing a career as a care assistant. On successful completion of the course learners will have gained a Healthcare Support QQI Level 5 Major award. Garda Vetting must be successfully completed. Training will commence one day per week on 13th February 2018 and conclude in August 2018.
