Meet the beautiful and incredibly lucky "Stripey", he was involved in a car accident and suffered a very nasty injury to his diaphragm which allowed his stomach, intestines and liver to move up into his chest compressing his heart and lungs , we made a quick diagnosis on xray and referred Stripey for a very tricky surgery to repair his torn diaphragm. Thankfully he has made a wonderful recovery and was with us yesterday to have all his sutures removed. He can't wait to be allowed out of his cage so he can get back outside.
