What to expect The first meeting will include a one-hour life coaching session plus a half-hour intake. You and Gillian will explore and discover what’s important to you, and what successfully motivates you. After the first session, you’ll have a clear understanding of your goals and Gillian will have coached you on one of those goals. Then, together you will create a life coaching plan that will work for you. With each interested client, Gillian offers a free 15 min phone consultation so that when you meet she can support your needs as best as possible.
