All roads lead to National Stadium Dublin tonight the club want to wish the best of luck to Lucy Abbott in her National Girl 2 (57)kg Final Lucy produce a brilliant semifinal performance last week to make tonight’s finals. The club Qualified 3 girls for the National 1-6 championship Lucy Abbott Kaitlyn King & Bethaney Dunne , Kaitlyn will be awarded the Girl 1 55Kg National Title tonight in the stadium by way of a walkover Kaitlyn trained hard all year would have love to had a fight tonight but has been awarded the title by walkover. Congrats Kaitlyn, our 2018 National Champion Bethaney Dunne will not be able to defend her title tomorrow Afternoon, Bethaney pick up an ankle injury and after a late fitnesses test on Wednesday night coaches have to decide in Bethaney best interest is to withdraw for the final, after a few tears where shed Bethaney said I be back next year to take my title back. The club are really proud of the three girls achievements and all rest of members for putting up with all the building work this year 🥊🥊🥊 Lucy should be in the Ring around 9:30 this evening. The club also wishes best of luck to another Edenderry Girl Reeka Cummins who boxed for St Joesph BC Edenderry In tonight’s finals plus all of the other Offaly Girls

We are now officially close for the summer our building works are at very advanced stage so we have come to the decision better for all to let people know where we stand we back open first last week in August first week in September I like to thank everyone for their patience this year but we will be ready to start a whole new era in a state of the Art Gym for 2019/2020 season have a great summer and ladies don’t forget Our All Female International Sparring Camp in August Thanks again. Leinster Secretary Eddie Cummins presenting Kaitlyn King & Lucy Abbott with their Leinster Medals & Certificates at training tonight, The two girls along with last years Irish Champion Bethaney Dunne will be weighing in for their National Championship on Sunday, club wants the wish all three the very best of luck . And like all our members our preparations this year was all over the place with the building going on and the club is very proud of everybody patience and commitment to St Brigid’s BC Edenderry 🥊🥊🥊🥊

The Club would like to wish our 3 Offaly Champions Natalia, Lucy and Kaitlyn weighing in for Leinster Girls Championship tomorrow in Kilkenny city. It’s been a tough year trying to fit in training and the major construction to the club Gym , The Girls along with the lads have been a credit to the club and have been so patient, unfortunately the Leinster came to quick for the lads and most of our girls , but the committee have decided to Enter three girls in this years Leinster Championship . Anyone that miss out this year , we will be back training full time when all construction work has finished and you all will get your chance next season 🥊🥊🥊🥊

Congratulations Micheal Sean Glennon on becoming 2019 Boy 4 (33kg Leinster Champion) today Michael qualifies now for National finals at the end of May , No luck for Conor O Keeffe lost out in very tight decision miss out on a chance at the National Conor suffer a freak injury which hampered his preparation. On up side Conor impression Leinster Development Squad Coaches and had been invited to join the Leinster Squad congrats Connor , our only other entry in the Leinster Killian Multaney lost out in semis to very experience David Doyle Urlingford . Well done lads. Thanks for your patience with curtail training with club extension in full swing . It will be all worth it in the end 🥊🥊
