Huge Thank you to all our Volunteers who ran the Cara Pop up shop in the Longwalk Shopping Centre over the past 2 weeks. An amazing €4955.37 was raised.It is absolutely fantastic. A Huge Thank you to Elaine the Manager of the Longwalk SC and to her staff who are all so supportive.Thank you to Cuskens office supplies for the Cash Register .And of course a Huge Thank you to everyone who Donated items & supported us in any way. Marie Kindlon was attending Raymond Van Barneveld Darts Exhibition at Crowne Plaza Dundalk. 11 hrs · Dundalk · Well everyone,I got down to double 18 but missed it to beat the 5 times world champion Raymond (Barney) Van Barnaveld.I have to say though ,he went very handy with me,lil.I really enjoyed the experience and had a super night.Thank you very much to the brilliant organisers Mary Justine gray & Finbar Kelly along with their family for a brilliant night in aid of Cara cancer support centre.Thank you also to all who sponsored me to do this.Heartfelt thanks to everyone,xxxxxxxxx

Welcome to a new week in Cara Cancer Support Centre for those living with cancer and their families. TODAY MONDAY the 30th of October 2017. Cara Is closed to today due to the Halloween Bank Holiday. Happy Halloween to you all and we hope your enjoying the break. . WEDNESDAY the 1st of November 2017. THERE IS NO TAI CHI. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thi Chi will resume next Wednesday. CROCHET with Rosemary 7pm to 9pm just come along and learn a new craft or if you already Crochet come along and enjoy the comradery while doing something you enjoy. FRIDAY the 3rd of November 2017. QI -ENERGY with Master Hyun from 11am to 1pm. Qi - Energy is a combination of acupressure and sound which is based on simple Korean-inspired techniques to recharge the body, mind and spirit.
