DBC Ashleaf is delighted to present ESCAPE Pain classes starting Monday 24th June with our Chartered Physiotherapist Diarmaid Fitzgerald. The class is a group-based focused rehabilitation programme for the management of osteoarthritis of the hip and/or knee. It involves 12 classes over 6 weeks and is €180 per client.
