We are closed on St Patrick's Day (17/03/2017) and on the following day (Saturday, 18/03/2017). New Opening Hours for GP surgery will apply commencing the 20th of March 2017 and onward. Dental surgery will resume the usual dental opening hours on the 20th of March 2017.

Important Information applicable as of the 20th of March & onward 1) Dr. Alin Marga, General Practitioner (GP) - New surgery hours as of 20/03/2017 Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30am - 12:30pm & 2:00pm - 5:00pm Friday: 9:30am - 12:30pm Saturdays (every 2nd week): 11:00am - 2:00pm Sundays: surgery is closed 2) Dr. Andrei Brovchin, General Practitioner (GP) - New surgery hours as of 20/03/2017 Monday, Tuesday: 9:30am - 12:30pm & 2:00pm - 5:00pm Friday: 2:00pm - 5:00pm Saturdays (every 2nd week): 11:00am - 2:00pm Sundays: surgery is close​ Please note the following changes which will apply as of the 20th of March 2017 onward in the interest of our patients and quality of the medical service: ​ A) New Emergency Walk-in Time Slots Starting the 20th of March 2017 and onward we will not be able to accommodate any randomly arriving walk-in patients (private & medical card) during the surgery hours. We have decided to allocate 2 (two) appointment slots for walk-in emergencies for each GP session of the day (morning and afternoon), namely from 12:00pm to 12:30pm and respectively from 4:30pm to 5:00pm which will be offered on a first come, first served basis until complete allocation of the respective time slots. If you genuinely think you have a medical emergency that cannot wait longer, please email the reception at appointments@charlestownmedicalcewntre.ie and request a walk-in appointment for one of the above mentioned time slots. In the situation our emergency walk-in time slots are fully booked, please attend the Emergency Room at your nearest hospital or ring D-Doc (Dr. Brovchin's patients) or Mediserve (Dr Marga's patients) after 5:00pm (available for genuine emergency medical situations ONLY!). B) New Prescription/Letter/Document Request Policy Starting the 20th of March 2017, we will kindly ask you to allow 48 hours between your prescription/letter/document requests and the collection time for the same. We will record the request time and will have your medical papers ready for collection 48 hours later. Please, submit your prescription requests to our Reception desk at least 2 days before their renewal date is due. In the case of prescriptions issued by hospitals upon the discharge of a patient or for patients who have just attended a hospital Emergency Department, our GP on duty will decide whether the respective prescription addresses a medical emergency or not and will act accordingly.
