As it’s Pride Week, I thought I’d offer some friendly, motherly advice. You will, undoubtedly, encounter some drag queens over the coming days. For many of you, it will be the first time to see one in real life (because instead of coming out and supporting our shows, you’d rather stay home and watch RPDR 🙄) 1 Don’t touch the hair. It took a long time to get it that way 2 Don’t touch the face. The makeup has to last all day 3 Don’t grab the boobs. It’s rude and, yes, they’re fake 4 Don’t grab the ass. Personal space is important. Also fake 5 Don’t ask are we gay. You’ll look stupid and we aren’t known for tolerating idiots 6 Don’t put your hand up the skirt. Unless you want to end up in A&E with a broken jaw So, to sum up: DON’T TOUCH ME Happy Pride, Everyone. And stay safe 🌈🌈🌈
