Belts and Certs will be awarded tonight to those that passed the recent grading at approx 8:15. Any parents, guardians, friends or family are more than welcome to spectate. A great accomplishment to receive a new grade and remember there is only passing and learning, if you didn't get it this time work hard and try again. See you all tonight!

Look at these two 🤩💪🥋 Another milestone for the club this week as Niamh and Robert become our first ever Junior black belts. Both have been with us for years now and are great examples to both juniors and seniors alike. Preparing for the past year they’ve always shown great determination and dedication, and recently passed one of their last tests in London with Grandmaster Gary. A particularly proud moment for the main man Master Marty as he tied the hard earned belt around his daughter Niamh. Massive congrats from everyone at the club guys, keep up the good work 🥊👊😃

Don’t forget stage two of grading tonight. It will be a 2 hour class tonight from 7-9pm as stated on Tuesday. Self defence will be assessed towards the end of class, see you soon👊

Don't forget folks grading starts tonight! Kicking off at 18:30 sharp, be early to fill out the application form when you sign in. If your name is not on the register then you wont be able to grade. Anyone not grading please do attend and take part to see the effort that goes into it. Good luck!

Big congrats to instructor Nicky and Master Marty on completing the Letterkenny Triathlon today 😃💪👍 Apparently the stream line hair cut was the key to Marty’s competitive time✂️💨👌
