Description
The Club has eight all-weather, floodlit tennis courts. Squash is catered for with two international standard squash courts and there is also a fully equipped gym with associated exercise classes and sauna. The club also has a snooker room with two full sized tables that are considered to be the best in Munster.
Sunday's Well offers a year round program of events suitable for all grades of tennis players. Coaches are available at the club.

WINTER LEAGUE UPDATE 🍀Good Luck🍀 to all out Winter League Teams playing today There are a lot of matches going on in the club so if you are passing make sure to come in and support. Teams in action are: 10am in Sundays Well: - Maria's Grade 3 Mixed A team plays Mitchelstown - Kalene's Grade 3 Ladies team plays Douglas 2pm in Sunday's Well - Abby's grade 1/premier team plays Limerick Lawn - Marie's grade 1/premier team plays Nenagh Meanwhile Elaine's Grade 5 Ladies team is playing in Ennis and Eva's Grade 3 Mixed B team played in Carrigaline yesterday and drew.
For all you early risers our gym and changing rooms will be open from 7:15am. Monday to Friday. starting Monday the 13th of November. Nothing better than an early workout to set you up for the day. New gym class time table for January coming soon with a variety of early morning and evening classes available.

This event on sports nutrition may be of interest to Members. It is being held on Monday 13th November at Pairc Ui Chaoimh, Cork and is suitable for those aged 16 years and over. The Sundays Well Winter League has got off to a great start with the Fiona’s Grade 6 team winning the first match of the day against Crosshaven 4-0!! Well done Fiona, Kevin, Diane and Paul!!
