We are in the preparations for Miyazaki's sister restaurant, ichigo ichie. ichigo ichie is a kappou and kaiseki style restaurant, the first in Ireland and will be situated here in Cork City. We are looking to fill open positions in both Chef and Front of House. Applicants for our chef positions must provide background of the restaurants previously employed in and front of house must have experience in similar dining.
