A Word of Gratitude! Just to express my appreciation to all the folks who attended the Tai Chi and Mindfulness Discovery Workshop. From both myself and Kevin's perspective we were privileged to coach such a lovely group. Thanks to my friends here on facebook who shared the event in the last few weeks leading up to it...as it pushed it along nicely... To the guys who travelled down from Tipperary and as far afield as Kilworth and some of you City folks...indebted....To my wonderful wife Catarina for baking those cakes, I'm blessed beyond measure. To my youngest son Daniel who not only behaved himself but reminded me not to take life so seriously..( I forget easily ) An exceptional day spent with exceptional people, ....Because you guys engaged the material right from the off made it all the more lively, engaging, meaningful and special to us,,. We hope you all made some new friends and shared your collective experiences of understanding this vast deep and interesting subject of Tai Chi....It certainly is a Reciprocal Universe..Today proved that .! May God Bless You All !!!

This beautiful weather has made it ideal for outdoor Tai Chi practice which we have been doing in the private secluded gardens of the Kilbehenny Community Centre. It's still not too late to join the beginner's June course.

Feeling happy and relaxed! This is the ladies Tai Chi group, who meet every Thursday morning and have been doing so for the last few months, at the Fermoy Youth Community Centre. Well done! and keep up your Tai Chi practice over the summer. Classes will resume in September.
