The Lighthouse provides a safe space where adults, children and adolescents can speak about any number of problems and difficulties. The Lighthouse supports any individual who finds themselves at a point in their lives where they would like to speak to an experienced mental health professional in confidence. We provide expert care for children, adolescents, adults and couples.
Conveniently located in the heart of Cork City, The Lighthouse is easily accessible by foot, car, or public transport and our therapists are trained to the highest professional standards.
The Lighthouse is registered with the employment assistance programme (EAP) accessible through HR departments in the workplace.
