Our barrel aged whiskey infused sauce has aged for two months and two days. We love how the flavour is at the moment so have decided that the time is right to take out. It is smokey, with a little hint of spice and a subtle whiskey aftertaste. . . We will be releasing this over the next few weeks so keep an eye out! Welcome to the 12 Days of a Chilli Christmas; Day 1! From now until St. Stephen’s Day we’re going to be giving you ideas and inspiration on how to add a little heat to your Christmas meals by Putting A Little Rebel In! This sweet celeriac and parsnip soup is a beautiful one to warm any cold winter evening! It’s also an easy one to knock out! Here’s what you’ll need; One celeriac, one large onion, one leek, two large potatoes, two parsnips, five cloves of garlic, salt and pepper, a teaspoon of thyme veg stock and a tablespoon of hab relish.👌🏻 Simply chop up all the veg and sweat all together in just a drop of olive oil. Add the stock when they’ve softened slightly, season and add the Habanero Hot Relish and thyme. Simmer for about 10 minutes before blending and serving up with that extra dab of hab and some fresh coriander leaves! #PutALittleRebelIn #12daysofchristmas
