On the ground floor, take to the water in our beautiful 25 metre, 6 lane competition size swimming pool. Discover an oasis of calm away from the stresses of everyday life in the luxurious surroundings of our Sauna, Steam Room & Jacuzzi.
Focus on your fitness in our state of the art, superbly equipped gymnasium. Our latest Precor Cardiovascular equipment offer personal viewing screens so you can work-out to your favourite TV show! Shape and Tone your body with our vast selection of fixed and free weights.
Our bright and spacious fitness studio is the perfect for you to breathe new life into your body & soul in one of our many exercise classes.

This first floor is accessible by lift and offers changing and shower facilities separate to those found on the ground floor.
