We will be running an Easter Monday Charity Class at 10am in aid of Self Help Africa. From now until November the gym has a target of raising €5000 in aid of this Charity. Self Help Africa works in 9 Core African Countries tackling poverty & improving the lives of local communities. Our staff will be taking part in the Turf Warrior event on the 4th of November in Killary Adventure Centre. We will have a donation bucket at the class on Monday. Since the introduction of our New Timetable, our Themed Keiser Spin Class has become one of the highlights of the week for both Staff and Customers. This week was no different with Neil pulling out all the stops with an Easter Themed Class. Joe became the Easter Bunny & even got Mark to do some arm raises with the Easter Eggs. Over the past few weeks our very own Lorraine Carey has been on a winning streak. Her wins include the Westport Duathlon, Mayo Mud Run, Ireland West Duathlon Series and over the weekend she is pictured collecting her award at the Quest Glendalough Adventure Race.
