Some conditioning work with Rathgormack footballers. 15minutes on Ski rig and 15minutes on assault bike both for max distance. Group is spilt into teams of 3. Each team has to make a decision between themselves what way to work 30sec / 1 min etc. Winning team who ever has most distance on both. 1.Great low impact training can recover quickly from it. 2.Encourages team work between group. 3.Super hard workout! They are a fantastic team to work with. Hopefully the mess with fixtures will get sorted and they can get to the county final 😉
