I took an interest in fitness about 5 years ago and since then its being part of my every day lifestyle. I enjoyed it so much I decided to make it my career.
I enjoy working out in the gym, at home, outside... well anywhere really!
Having trained for the past two years to obtain my health & fitness qualification, I realise it doesn't stop there. I'm contsantly on the lookout for fresh training idea's to keep myself and the client inspired.  

Most recently I trained with the Baltic's TRX master trainers to obtain my TRX instructor qualification.

I am highly motivated when it comes to exercise and believe I can encourage others to feel the same.

My 2nd Event with the kids of county Donegal today, today i was in my home town of Ballyshannon , I had such fun teaching the kids about the health risks of to much sugar and feel I got there awareness up to be more cautious of it , we also got a sweat up too with a kids HIIT session! Teachers and all were on there feet 😜

One if my PT clients 😍 The difference you can make to your body not only shape and size but even how your skin looks , this girl started out taking up regular classes and a PT session , but the transformation really started to speed up and is still going when she looked and her diet and changed her diet and mindset towards what she was putting in 🤗 She looks amazing yes , but she also feels it 👏 great work 🙌🏻
